📍 ABOUT THE NAZCA LINES
The Nazca Lines are a series of large ancient geoglyphs
located in the Nazca Desert of southern Peru.
Made between 500 BC and 500 AD by the Nazca culture,
the lines depict animals, plants and geometric shapes
including a hummingbird, spider, monkey and astronaut.
The largest figures are over 370 meters long and can
only be fully seen from the air.
UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994.
